My honest domyessay review. What was your experience like?

So I finally gave in and ordered a paper from DoMyEssay a few weeks ago, and honestly… I regret it big time 😩 I needed a 6-page research essay for my political science class, and it was due in 3 days. I paid around $95, which isn’t terrible, but I expected way better quality for that amount.
What I got was pretty disappointing. The essay was filled with vague generalizations, no real thesis, and citations were all over the place. I asked for APA format, and they gave me some weird mix of APA and MLA. I contacted support and they offered a free revision, but the “revision” came back with minimal changes and still the same issues.
Support was polite, but super slow – sometimes 5+ hours between replies. I ended up redoing the whole paper myself the night before it was due. Lesson learned. For anyone asking is domyessay legit – yeah, technically they deliver something, but it’s far from reliable.
My experience with domyessay.com was just not what I hoped. Maybe I got a bad writer, but I don’t feel like gambling again. Just figured I’d post my domyessay.com review here so others know what they’re getting into.
YIKES. I had a similar situation! I ordered a history paper and it was filled with factual errors. Like they said the Civil War ended in 1860?? 👁️👄👁️ I asked for a revision too and the changes were super minimal. I’ve tried writepaperfor.me before and they were way better imo. At least the writers knew the subject. Also gave essaymarket.net a shot and honestly, they knew their stuff better than most. Lesson learned.

The interface is simple, and placing the order was pretty smooth. I even messaged the writer with a few additional notes and sources, and they replied with “Sure, I’ll include them.” Cool, right? Well… not so much.
The paper arrived 12 hours before the deadline, which I thought was a good sign, but when I opened it… ugh. The content was extremely generic, almost like AI-generated. No actual thesis. No proper structure. Sources were from 2010 and earlier – even though I had clearly asked for 2020+ sources.
I requested a revision and asked them to include two current studies I had linked earlier. They responded that “the file has already been revised once, further edits may require extra payment.” EXCUSE ME? That was literally my first revision request.
Customer support was unhelpful too. Took 9 hours to reply, and they just copy-pasted a section from their refund policy.
I’m not saying it’s a scam, but if you’re looking for actual academic quality, this ain’t it. I had to redo half the paper myself, and it still stressed me out so bad. From what I see here and on other domyessay.com reviews, I’m not alone. Just beware, especially if your grade depends on it.

I had to rewrite most of it before submitting. Since then, I switched to EssayMarket for my English lit classes and they’ve been more consistent. Clear communication, and they usually deliver early. Worth checking out if you’re still exploring options.
Tried domyessay for a stats paper and honestly, I should’ve just done it myself. The calculations were wrong and they didn’t even follow the proper layout. I’ve since started using Homeworkfor.me for math-heavy stuff and it’s been much better. They seem to have more specialized writers for that kind of work.
i’ve had mixed results with domyessay, honestly. one time I got a pretty solid sociology paper, no complaints. another time, for a business class, the writer misunderstood a key part of the instructions. i had to fix it myself the night before the deadline.
so yeah, not a scam, but definitely depends on the writer you get. just double-check everything before submitting.
